All payments are processed securely through Stripe using our GHL system.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance

Payments are non-refundable

If a payment fails, access to services may be paused until payment is completed

Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time.
When you cancel, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time. Once your billing period ends, access to your automation systems, support, and coaching is removed.

No guarantees or performance promises

We build systems that support efficiency and help practices operate smoothly. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including revenue, bookings, lead volume, or performance improvements. Results vary depending on your own processes, staff, and market conditions.

Limited liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss, including:

Lost revenue or profits

Business disruption

Missed calls, messages, or bookings

Errors caused by incorrect information provided by you

Downtime, errors, or performance issues affecting third-party platforms (e.g., GHL, Google, Meta, Stripe, booking software)

Your use of any automation system remains your responsibility.

Your responsibilities

To deliver services correctly, you agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information

Maintain access to your accounts (email, booking systems, social platforms, Stripe, GHL, etc.)

Follow UK GDPR and data protection laws when handling your own customer or patient data

Notify us of any changes that may affect your system setup

Data handling

We operate in full compliance with UK GDPR.
We only access your data to deliver the services you’ve requested.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your patient or customer information.

Payment processing

If we help you create payment links or automated payment reminders:

You remain responsible for your pricing

You remain responsible for checking payment flows

We do not handle or store your funds

We do not act as a financial service provider.

Service termination

We may suspend or end your service if:

Continued service is no longer viable or safe
